This is my first time at a spa. What can I expect?
When you enter the spa, check in at the reception desk. The spa coordinator will introduce you the host/hostess who will escort you to the locker room to change into a robe and spa slippers. . Take a few moments to relax, unwind and breathe.

What should I bring with me to the spa?
If you have a gift certificate, bring that with you. Once you arrive at the spa, we will have you change into a comfortable robe and slippers. You will be given a locker and key to store your belongings during your treatments. For safekeeping, we recommend you leave any valuable jewelry at home. We cannot take responsibility for lost items.

How do you accommodate late arrivals?
Your service will finish at the scheduled time while the normal treatment fee remains unchanged. For some treatments, late arrivals cannot be accommodated. Late arrivals will be charged the full price for all treatments and some/all services may be eliminated or reduced in time due to a late arrival. You must arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment(s).


What considerations should I be aware of?
To ensure the ultimate experience for yourself and other guests, please refrain from bringing children, cell phones and pagers to the spa. A quiet environment is necessary in providing a true spa experience for our guests.

What if I have lost my gift certificate?
It is necessary to keep up with this valuable property as they are considered the same as cash.

What should I expect during my massage? Will I be covered?
You will be modestly draped with towels and sheets throughout your massage. However, if you feel more comfortable keeping minimal undergarments on, that's fine. We want you to relax.

Can the spa accommodate group bookings?
Definitely! Just give us the details and we will put together a package that suits your needs! Based on the size of the party, an additional spa fee may apply.

When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive no less than 15 minutes before your appointment.

Can I ask my therapist to make adjustments for my comfort?
Absolutely. Your feedback is essential in providing you with the best service possible. After all, this is your treatment. Communicate with the staff regarding room temperature, pressure, technique, etc. We value your input.

Should I visit the spa if I am pregnant?
Yes, by all means. Our treatment specialists are fully trained to provide special treatments and services that are safe during pregnancy. Please let our spa coordinator know at the time of booking. YOU MUST BRING OR FAX US A DOCTORS PERMISSION SLIP FOR ALL PREGNANCY MASSAGES!

How long does my hair need to be for waxing to be most effective?
In order for waxing to be most effective, hair length should be 1/8 to 1/4 inches long depending on the thickness of hair.

Should I tip?
Leaving gratuities are at the discretion of our guests and are greatly appreciated. Most tips range from 15 % to 20% of the price of the service provided.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa MasterCard, Discover and Cash. Personal checks are accepted with proper identification and only from clients who we know personally and never over $100.
