P-4. Tuna Salad, crispy lettuce, feta cheese, olives, roasted peppers, Bermuda onions and tomatoes, sun-dried tomato vinaigrette dressing.

P-5. Salmon Salad-Salmon filet over mixed greens, roasted peppers, bleu cheese, walnuts, sun-dried tomato vinaigrette dressing.

P-6. Seared Tuna-Tuna steak (sushi grade) encrusted with sesame seeds, marinated cherry tomatoes, wasabi paste and sesame soy dressing.

P-7. Lynette Salad-romaine lettuce, tomatoes, bacon bits, egg, cucumbers, olives, remoulade dressing, with grilled or Cajun chicken breast

P-8.Grilled Tomato Stack-thick sliced tomato, grilled Bermuda onion, bleu cheese dressing and reduced balsamic vinaigrette.

P-9. Salmon BLT- on herb focaccia bread, garlic chive mayo and smoked bacon.
